Asfalti Ptuj are working intensively on the asphalting of the road and roundabout on the Hrpelje – Kozina Bypass project, by the investor Godina/DRSI. The route is 1.5 km long, located in the southwestern part of Slovenia and follows a new route (not the existing road). The new bypass includes two larger roundabouts and three overpasses, as well as a long-term solution to traffic congestion, which, together with the new roundabout on the Adriatic, will ensure a significantly higher traffic flow.

In the Colas Hrvatska group, we are aware of how big a deal the first day of school is in the lives of first-graders and their parents, so we enabled our employees whose children are entering the first grade of elementary school to spend that big day with them, while we prepared a small sign of attention for the first-graders.

The project Colas Hrvatska d.d. and Geotehnika: Construction of the section of the A11 motorway from Lekenik to the Sisak junction (Investor: Hrvatske autoceste d.o.o.) has been completed.

Since last week, from October 22nd 2024 the section has been open to traffic.

Last week, a delegation from Paris - Colas SA visited two major construction sites of the North Profit Center, Colas Hrvatska: Construction of the Prelog bypass and Construction of the Bjelovar - Virovitica - GP Terezino Polje section as part of monitoring the stages of major projects.

Did you know that today is the St. Barbara Day, the patron saint of miners?
In the Hrastovljan gravel pit, one of the two mining plants of Colas Mineral, we commemorated the above and remembered the lines from the life of St. Barbara.

These days we had the honor of hosting a delegation from Paris.

As part of an international corporation, at Colas we share experiences and create opportunities. Thus, at the end of last week, colleagues from Colas Mineral visited colleagues from Colas Északkő in the Tokaj region, Hungary. As part of the visit, they visited the Tallya quarry (of volcanic origin), Colas Északkő HO in Tarcal, exchanged experiences and held a monthly operational meeting of Colas Mineral.
