As part of the RIS Internship program, two students from the Faculty of Mining, Geology and Petroleum, University of Zagreb, began their professional internship at the Hrastovljan gravel pit, in cooperation with our company Colas Mineral. Through the internship, they will become familiar with specific challenges and activities in the field of exploitation, refining of mineral raw materials into aggregates and their distribution. We are aware of how important it is to invest in education, development and transfer of knowledge to new generations, which is why we are always happy to respond to such initiatives. Considering that this week was also World Youth Skills Day, we are truly happy to be able to provide young people with the opportunity to learn first-hand - because it makes a difference.
